Great reminder. Thank you. I'll be honest...I have been a bit disoriented by the term "Christian nationalism." Most of the time it is used, it seems like a straw man to me. As Christians, our faith should inform everything, politics included. But we pray to avoid idolatry. Eyes on Jesus!

Agreed Amy. If we stand on God's word as the source of truth and allow that to guide us, God will honor and bless our obedience.

Thank you for your very timely reminder to all believers. I too am guilty of being caught up in the worries of this world that they have caused me to forget that Christ is on the throne at the right hand of God the Farther. Yes God is in control and nothing happens unless He allows it. We should be living as if Jesus is coming back any moment and be focused on the Word and not be caught up in the worldly things that are going on Satan is very good at putting blocks in the path of the believers causing us to take our focus off the Truth bringing confusion and aganst in our lives. I believe that as believers we are to speak up for the Truth and vote for the people who are doing that the Word says but not to allow Satan and his cohorts take our time energy and minds off what is really important and that is that no matter what happens God is in control and He will have the final say at the end of the day. Look upwards and be careful not to get trapped by the enemies worldly ways. The book of Matthew teaches us that when we see these things happening that they are warning signs of His coming to take His people home so do not fret or worry about these things they are meant to be. Focus instead on the good and admirable things of the world and your minds will be at peace. This is a reminder for me also and I will take heed of the warning. Raewin Hayes @@apponodeserunt96710
